Helmarr is designed to not store any personal identifying information. We do, however, store IP addresses for potential abuse identification and prevention.

In addition to crash reporting, we also collect analytics data using a self-hosted Countly instance. The tracked data includes IP addresses, country of origin, session details, and app view details. This data helps us understand how our app is used and how we can improve it. We do not store any personal information such as names, emails, or telephone numbers. Our goal is to maintain a minimum data footprint to ensure your privacy.
Crash Reporting
We use a self-hosted Sentry instance for crash reporting to help improve the reliability and performance of our App. The data we collect for crash reporting is strictly limited to information related to the crash event and does not include any personally identifiable information. This data is solely used for internal analysis and is never shared with any third parties.
Information Use
As we do not collect any personal information about you, we do not use, share, or disclose any personal information for any purpose. The IP addresses we store will only be used for abuse prevention and identification.
